Robert Allen

Bob Allen is an insurance executive with over twenty years experience addressing healthcare professional liability risks. His experiences have ranged from retail brokerage, reinsurance brokerage and primary underwriting with some of the largest insurance organizations in the world. Mr. Allen's specialties include group purchasing, alternative risk transfer, data mining, clinical research, hospital and nursing home liability.  He is best known for building new insurance products/strategies to coincide with healthcare trends.

 

Bob Allen is currently the Global Head/Senior Vice President of Torus' Healthcare product line.  He is responsible for designing the standards associated with underwriting, claims management, risk services and pricing for medical professional liability and supporting casualty lines. The long-term vision of Torus Healthcare is to offer an array of products and services for the healthcare industry.
