Richard Pagram

Richard started his Reinsurance career with ACE in July 2000 after graduating from University with an Honours degree in Business Studies. On January 1st 2001, Richard accepted a position at the DP Mann Syndicate 435 (now known as Faraday) with the US casualty treaty team. Richard progressed to Class Underwriter during his time at Faraday before leaving in October 2005 to set up a new treaty team at Wellington Syndicate 2020.
During December 2006, Wellington was purchased and merged into the Catlin Group, where Richard continued as Class Underwriter, specialising in Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Workers Compensation and General Liability classes.
In May 2010, Richard transferred to Catlin’s Bermuda office, with the continued focus on Casualty Reinsurance products.
