Randall is currently acting in the capacity of Area President of Gallagher Healthcare. His role is to lead the Midwest regional initiative within AJG’s healthcare niche group. Randall also holds the role of Managing Director of Gallagher Physicians, which is AJG’s niche practice. Here he is charged with growing the niche practice, and working with AJG offices nationally to develop and service risk management and insurance programs for their healthcare clients. He has been with Gallagher for over eleven years.
Randall's team of medical professional liability experts predominantly focus on helping institutions, physician groups, and purchasing associations structure the optimal risk transfer or self-insurance mechanisms to finance loss costs, along with providing a risk management component to help minimize exposure to claims. His areas of expertise include medical professional liability, coverage and exposure analysis, and association program development.
Previously, Randall was a Vice President within Aon Corporation’s healthcare initiative. Mr. Nukk worked for the Aon healthcare initiative for seven years. As part of his responsibilities at Aon, Mr. Nukk assisted physician groups, hospitals, and various other healthcare organizations in evaluating their risk management and insurance needs. Prior to working for Aon’s healthcare initiative, Randall worked as an Insurance Analyst for Aon Group. There he performed coverage and exposure reviews, encompassing analysis of insurance policies with suggestions on the overall risk management program.
Randall received His undergraduate degree is from Fordham University in New York City. There he received a Bachelor of Science as an Accounting major. While at Fordham, he was a member of the varsity football team for all four years.
Mr. Nukk also received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, with concentrations in Risk Management and Corporate Finance. Mr. Nukk has earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), the Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), the Associate in Risk Management (ARM), the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designations.
