Norris Cunningham is a shareholder in the law firm of Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman PC at its main office in Indianapolis. He serves as chair of the firm’s litigation practice group having tried numerous long term care and medical malpractice cases throughout the nation.
Mr. Cunningham received his B.A. in Political Science from Aurora University. He has a Master's in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Indiana University. He serves as chair of the Long Term Care Subcommittee of the Health Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Mr. Cunningham has made national and regional presentations on long term care litigation and long term care regulations for the Defense Research Institute, the National Business Institute, the American Conference Institute, West Publishing and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. In 2007, Mr.Cunningham was selected by the Editorial Board of Aspatore Books to be an author in a new authoritative book, Inside the Minds: Health Care Law Client Strategies: Leading Lawyers on Navigating Regulations, Handling Compliance Issues, and Exceeding Client Expectations.
