Neeraj Sahni

Neeraj Sahni works with Fraud Solutions practice of Kroll, bringing with him an extensive 15-year background in cyber insurance, privacy compliance and risk management. As a member of Kroll team, Neeraj focuses on the unique needs of clients within the insurance industry, by reducing the long-term risk through implementation of data privacy solutions. Neeraj maintains a strong knowledge of federal and state regulation and notification laws for data breach as well as recent developments in the realm of data security and privacy. Prior to joining Kroll, Neeraj worked at with insurance companies in many different roles, including director of privacy and security, IT audit manager, and senior security consultant. In these roles, he gained extensive experience in security and privacy risk matters including incident response and forensics, breach notification, and credit monitoring. Neeraj managed vendor relationships for insured clients to negotiate competitive rates for breach response services and developed methodologies for loss control measures to improve profitability. With his proven experience in all aspects of strategic planning and implementation, Neeraj provides a comprehensive knowledge base for Kroll clients.
