Chloe Dallaire is a graduate from Wake Forest University and from Emory University School of Law. She is currently a partner at the firm of Taylor English Duma LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a senior Litigator with over 14 years' experience handling all aspects of complex civil litigation and state and federal trial work nationwide as lead counsel. Chloe specializes in the areas of catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, complex business disputes, transportation, construction, defective products, premises and liability. She has extensive experience as lead trial counsel, as well as dealing with all aspects of a case from the discovery stage through pretrial hearings, ADR and trial. In addition to litigating, Chloe has counseled many clients with respect to risk management and the avoidance of future litigation.
