Bill is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Property/Casualty Actuarial Services Practice in the New York office. He has more than 25 years of experience serving the insurance industry.  Prior to joining KPMG, he has worked for national and regional P&C companies, a reinsurance intermediary and as an independent insurance consultant. Bill has more than twenty five years of experience in the property/casualty insurance industry. Areas in which he has concentrated cover both corporate and actuarial functions including loss reserving, ratemaking, reinsurance, product development and strategic and business planning. Established an independent consulting practice that served insurers, captive managers and self-insured entities in both the United States and Bermuda.Served as an officer for a reinsurance intermediary where he was responsible for treaty pricing for commercial and personal lines of business. He also started the company’s professional liability production unit.Served as the chief actuary of two large medical malpractice companies Bill is a member of Emerging Issues Task Force of the American Academy of Actuaries and he is a frequent lecturer on insurance issues at various industry meetings.
