Andrew McCumber is the managing shareholder of McCumber Daniels, a civil litigation and appellate firm, with offices in Tampa, Florida and Philadelphia, PA.   He is an AV rated, experienced trial lawyer focusing his practice on physician malpractice, nursing home, and hospital defense litigation, as well as general liability insurance defense.
