Andrew S. Bolin, Esq.

ANDREW S. BOLIN is a partner with Beytin, McLaughlin, McLaughlin, Bolin & Willers, P.A., where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense and personal injury defense.  He received his J.D. Cum Laude for the Stetson University College of Law.

 

Mr. Bolin's practice is solely dedicated to the representation of defendants in all phases of litigation and has tried cases in Circuit Courts throughout the state of Florida. He also regularly represents clients in administrative actions and is often called upon to write appellate briefs arguing for greater protections for physicians and hospitals in front of the United States Supreme Court, Florida Supreme Court and the various federal and state appellate Courts throughout Florida. Additionally, he consults with lobbying groups in Tallahassee on issues involving medical malpractice and tort reform.  

 

Mr. Bolin serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.  In 2006, he was named “Young Lawyer of the Year” for the State of Florida by the Florida Defense Lawyer’s Association, and in 2009, 2010 and 2011 was named as a "Rising Star" in civil litigation by Florida Trend Magazine, Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Legal Elite and in 2011 was named Top Attorney-40 under 40.  In 2010, Mr. Bolin was named Florida Trend Magazine’s 2010-111 Florida Legal Elite Up & Comers and received the FDLA’s Amicus Award.
